Today was the day my class started taking live calls. I managed to be a helpperson/supervisor/guy you snap your fingers at rather than an on-the-phone associate. This was pretty good for two reasons:

1) The Playstation 3 bundle
2) The Nintendo Wii Bundle

Approximately 800,000 people were sent emails telling them that Walmart.com would have these available today at 12:00PST, and we did. For about 2 minutes (really!).

People were not happy.

However, I got to act like I know what I'm doing and shit. That was nice.
